Returns

• We do not accept returns for change of choice, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

• Products can only be returned if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or faulty.

  • The wrong product was sent.

Reporting an Issue

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds & Replacements

• After verification, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Conditions

• The product must be unused and in the condition it was received.
